We want you to love your Vacay All Court Apparel pieces — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

You can return any full-priced item within 14 days of delivery, provided it’s unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Please note:

• If you do want to return an item, please email returns@vacayallcourtapparel.com with your order number as the subject line to request a returns form.
• If you’ve simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, return postage is at your own cost.
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method via Shopify (excluding original shipping fees).

If you believe your item is faulty or you’ve received the wrong product, get in touch with us at returns@vacayallcourtapparel.com with your order number and the issue, and we’ll respond from there — return shipping is on us in those cases.
